Air compressor noise control method
The following measures can be taken in the process of air compressor noise control:
1. The air intake part can be equipped with a muffler in the intake pipe.
2. Install a shock absorber at the base of the air compressor to control the transmission of vibration and noise.
3. Forced air intake and forced exhaust are adopted for the heat dissipation of the computer room, and silencers and silencing louvers are installed at the air intake and exhaust.
4. Make a sound insulation cover or room to isolate the air compressor from people. The walls and ceilings of the sound insulation room are laid with sound insulation and sound-absorbing materials, the entrance and exit doors are set as fire-proof sound insulation doors, and the observation part is with sound insulation observation windows.
