How to avoid oil pipe blockage in the air compressor
Various problems may occur during the use of the air compressor. While maintaining and repairing the air compressor, we should also inspect and repair the oil pipe of the air compressor.
(1) Before installation, clean the oil pipes of the air compressor one by one. It is best to use alkali washing, water washing, white cloth wiping, or pressurized air blowing.
(2) When the oil pipe of the air compressor is not long enough and needs to be extended, a movable joint should be installed or welded with a sleeve to prevent welding slag or molten metal from blocking the pipeline.
(3) When bending pipes, use cold bending tools or oxygen acetylene flames to heat the pipes. Be careful to prevent flattening or metal overheating and deformation.
(4) After assembly with the lubricator, a systematic strength test should be conducted, and the test pressure should be 1.5 times the working pressure. When leaks or ruptures are found, they should be repaired or replaced.
(5) Before connecting the oil injector to the packing box and cylinder oil supply point, start the oil injector first, check the oil supply situation and cleanliness of each oil supply point until it is clean, and then formally connect the connector.
