The air compressor related equipment is managed by the production department, and the direct management personnel are the air compressor operators of the Department. Operators shall strictly abide by the regulations, and shall not leave their posts without permission or operate against rules.
The structure, performance, working principle and other technical characteristics of the air compressor should be skillfully mastered. Non machine room operators are not allowed to enter the machine room. Because of the work needs, the consent of relevant departments must be obtained. Inflammable and explosive materials are not allowed to be placed in the machine room.
Wear personal labor protection articles according to the post regulations, and carefully hand over the shift. In case of any accident of air compressor, the personnel on duty shall take accurate and rapid measures to prevent the accident from expanding, and report to the department leader immediately.
The 5S of air compressor room shall be well done to ensure that the equipment is free from rust, stain, water stain, oil stain, dust and sundries on the ground. The use of air compressor departments, must do a good job in the daily maintenance of equipment. If abnormal conditions are found, the operation shall be stopped immediately, inspection shall be carried out, and repair shall be organized. It is strictly forbidden to operate the air compressor with defects.
