Compressor descaling steps

2. Dilute the descaling and cleaning agent of the air compressor with 1:2-5 water in the liquid distribution tank, and start the circulating pump for circulating cleaning. Pay attention to observe the change of cleaning effect

3. After cleaning for a period of time according to the scale thickness, measure the pH value (acid value) of the cleaning solution. When the acid value remains unchanged for half an hour before and after cleaning, add a certain amount of scale remover, and measure the pH value again and the pH value remains unchanged for half an hour after cleaning, indicating that the cleaning is over, then the cleaning can be finished

4. After confirming that the internal scale of the air compressor is completely removed, neutralizer can be used to neutralize the waste scale remover according to the actual demand. When the pH value of the circulating liquid is f ~ 8, it can be discharged. If necessary, the system can be pre passivated with pre film passivator, which is the key step of complete green cleaning.

5. Generally, the air compressor should be cleaned once a year according to its usage. If it cannot be cleaned every year, the scale inhibitor can be used to prevent scaling and reduce the cleaning times by 1 / 1
