Freezing dryer maintenance
Check items before starting: the power supply voltage, number of phases, and frequency should meet the regulations, and the power cord wiring should be firm. The piping connection part is locked. Check that the refrigeration system pressure of the machine is normal. The dryer is placed correctly and the ambient temperature meets the requirements for use. Check that the ball valve at the front of the automatic drain valve needs to be opened. The inlet temperature of the dryer cannot exceed the specified value.
In order to better improve the air quality, please turn on the refrigerated dryer and make it run smoothly before sending in compressed air. When shutting down, please turn off the compressed air first, then turn off the dryer, and empty the compressed air in the air pipeline, so as not to affect the air quality due to poor drying or residual moisture in the pipeline.
To avoid damage to the compressor caused by frequent starting. It takes more than three minutes to restart after shutdown. The valve on the machine has been adjusted before leaving the factory. If you are not a professional, please do not adjust it to avoid unnecessary damage to the machine.
