Energy saving reform of air compressor

There are three methods for energy saving transformation of air compressor: frequency conversion transformation, centralized control and heat recovery. 1. Frequency conversion transformation: adopt frequency conversion speed regulation to reduce the shaft power output of air compressor motor. Before the transformation, when the pressure of the air compressor reaches the set pressure, it will automatically unload; after the transformation, the air compressor does not unload, but reduces the gas production of the compressor by reducing the speed to maintain the minimum pressure required by the gas network. 2. Centralized control: centralized control mode is adopted for multiple air compressors. According to the situation of gas consumption, the number of air compressors can be automatically controlled to achieve the purpose of energy saving. 3. Air compressor heat recovery: it is a very environmentally friendly way of energy saving. The high temperature oil of the air compressor transfers heat to the cooling water through the superheater, and the cooling water is heated and then flows into the heat preservation water tank, so as to achieve the purpose of heat recovery.
