Management of air compressor

The operators shall strictly abide by the safety technical operation regulations and shall not leave their duty without permission or operate against rules. Air compressor operators should be familiar with the structure, performance, working principle and other technical characteristics of the air compressor. Non machine room operators are not allowed to enter the machine room. Due to work needs, they must be approved by relevant departments. Inflammables and explosives are not allowed to be placed in the machine room.
Wear personal protective equipment according to the post regulations, and seriously hand over the shift. Once the air compressor accident occurs, the personnel on duty should take accurate and rapid measures to prevent the accident from expanding, and report to the department leader immediately. The air compressor operator is responsible for the 5S of the air compressor room to ensure that the equipment is free of rust and stains, and the ground is free of water stains, oil stains, dust, debris, etc. The department using the air compressor must do a good job in the daily maintenance of the equipment. In case of abnormal conditions, the operation shall be stopped immediately, the inspection shall be conducted, the renovation shall be organized, and the operation of air compressor with defects shall be strictly prohibited.
The management of air compressor forbids the storage of inflammable and explosive articles in the air compressor room. The oil barrel and oil pot with a small amount of lubricating oil and cleaning oil shall be stored in the designated place. The air compressor room should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment and managed carefully. Don't move or use it.
