Replacement of three filters of compressor

The three filters mainly include: air filter, oil filter and oil gas separator. Each filter element replacement method is different, and the steps include the following contents.

1. Replacement of air filter: the dust in the air inhaled by the air compressor is blocked in the air filter to reduce the wear of the compressor. Replace every 400 hours.

2. Replacement of oil filter: the filter element can only be replaced after the compressor stops running and the pressure is released. In addition, care must be taken to heat the oil to prevent scalding and do not spill the oil.

3. Oil gas separator filter element replacement: remove the connecting hose and copper pipe on the minimum pressure valve, remove the return pipe copper pipe, remove the cover plate, extract the filter element, clean the cylinder, and replace with a new filter element.

Note: before installation, it is necessary to check whether the rubber and asbestos pads have anti-static performance (conductive nails must be installed). During installation, it is necessary to prevent impurities from falling into the oil tank.
