Maintenance of cold dryer
The maintenance of the cold dryer includes: often observe the drainage and sewage system. The floating ball drainer should be cleaned once a week, and the blowdown pipe should be drained once a week. Observe the inlet temperature of cooling water system and compressed air system. 1. The cooling water temperature is 2 ~ 32 ℃; 2. The water pressure is 0.15 ~ 0.3MPa; 3. The inlet temperature of compressed air should generally be ≤ 45 ℃ (it is better to touch the intake pipe by hand) except for special cases; 4. The cooling water should be kept clean; the Y-type filter should be cleaned half a month, and the water quality is good once a month; the water-cooled condenser should be cleaned once a year (depending on the water quality), and the air condenser should be cleaned once a month;
The refrigeration system needs to be observed for the maintenance of the cold dryer. 1. The compressor should be touched by hand at least once a day, which is normally cold and frosting; 2. The temperature difference between the two sides of the drying filter should not be very large (the inlet is hot and the outlet is cold, which needs to be replaced); 3. If the compressor has abnormal sound and heat, contact the after-sales service as soon as possible.
Regularly wipe the oil and dust on the surface of the equipment with a clean towel to remove the dust and oil on the ground of the air dryer and air compressor, and keep the environment clean.
