Maintenance of oil leakage of air compressor
Check the oil seal part of the air compressor to confirm whether the oil seal is cracked, whether the inner lip is cracked or flanged. In case of any of the above conditions, it should be replaced; check whether there are scratches and defects on the joint surface of oil seal and main shaft, and replace if there are scratches and defects. Secondly, check whether the oil return pipe is smooth. If the oil return pipe is not smooth, the oil seal will leak or fall off due to too high crankcase pressure. It is necessary to ensure that the minimum diameter of the oil return pipe is not twisted or bent, and the oil return pipe is smooth. Check the matching dimension of oil seal and box of air compressor, and replace those that do not meet the standard.
1. Oil leakage caused by oil seal falling off or oil seal defect.
2. The oil seal leaks due to the looseness of the spindle.
3. The joint surface of the head is leaking, and the joint of the oil inlet pipe and the oil return pipe is loose.
4. During the installation process, the belt is installed too tightly, resulting in the wear of the main bearing.
5. Imperfect casting or processing during production.
