1. Air compressor operation needs to check whether the oil level of the air compressor is normal, and the oil level shall not be lower than one third of the oil level gauge. When the oil level is too low, the first step is to stop the machine, wait until the oil is cooled, and add oil to half of the oil level gauge
2. Check whether the air pressure of the compressor reaches the standard, whether the temperature is normal, and whether the oil temperature is appropriate
3. Check the air compressor for abnormal noise
4. Check the normal unloading of the air compressor according to the set pressure
5. Check that there is no oil leakage in the air, oil pipeline, various lines and joints
6. Check whether the air compressor panel has normal regular maintenance alarm status
7. Check the air compressor motor temperature protection device display is normal, motor bearing temperature should not exceed 90 ℃, coil should not exceed 140 ℃.
