Common machine temperature faults of air compressor include:
1. Motor temperature: Motor restart frequency is more, load is too heavy, motor coolant is not enough, motor itself or bearing, sensor problems, etc. Treatment: limit the number of motor restart, lower the load set a certain pressure.
2. Compressor temperature: the temperature of the oil-gas mixture at the outlet of the compressor rises to 120 ℃. Treatment method: the air compressor shall maintain good ventilation, check whether the radiator is covered with debris, whether the heat dissipation effect is good, check the oil level of the air compressor, cooling fan and temperature sensor.
3. Start temperature too low: air compressor control panel display temperature below 1 ℃.
