What is the relationship between cleanliness and compressor?
What is the relationship between cleanliness and compressor:
Due to the effect of wind, the air always contains floating and other impurities. If the content of floating and sinking impurities in the air is too much, it is quite harmful to the compressor. The hazards are as follows:
1. The sand in the air is relatively hard, which will wear the cylinder, piston ring, piston rod packing and other unit parts, and shorten the service life of the machine;
2. When the dust enters the cylinder and is mixed with the lubricating oil, it will form coke in the piston ring. On the one hand, it will hinder the mechanical lubrication and cause the cylinder and bearing block to be pulled; on the other hand, when the compressor is high and there are many sand particles, it may explode together.
3. Ash and sand entering into the high-rise unit is easy to block the air work, cooler, air pipeline and pneumatic machinery, or cause the tightness of the compressor equipment, and reduce the air volume uniformly
4. As the dust will increase the wear of the compressor, destroy the lubrication of the compressor and affect the cooling of the gas, the temperature of the compressed gas will rise, and the power consumption will also increase sharply. Therefore, before air or other gases enter the compressor, they must go through the equipment equipped with filters to prevent dust and impurities from entering the cylinder, to prevent the rapid increase of wear relative to the sliding parts, and to prevent the oxidation of lubricants.
