Working Principle

The micro-heat regeneration adsorption dryer is an energy-saving and high-efficiency dryer. It is a product developed by absorbing the advantages of heat regeneration and no heat generation. The regenerated gas is used to heat the adsorption tower bed after the temperature is raised. The purging and regeneration of the gas can save regeneration air consumption, the regeneration effect is good, and the adsorption work time is longer.

1. Using high-performance pneumatic valve, reliable performance and sensitive action, it can avoid the failure of valve performance such as air leakage or valve stuck;

2. Adopt NASS coil reversing solenoid valve, which can switch quickly and reliably, and has a long life.

3. Adopt high-torque aluminum alloy pneumatic actuator, with large torque, stable action, internal self-lubricating without adding lubricant;

4. The use of high-performance adsorbents has a large specific surface area, strong adsorption capacity, strong wear resistance, and high wear resistance; to ensure that the dew point is stable and does not powder after long-term use;

5. Adopt PLC and LCD screen controller, Chinese interface, easy to understand, easy to operate and maintain;

6. Stainless steel heater, the combination of outer fins and PID temperature control mode, has the advantages of fast heating speed and high control accuracy;

Low-pressure automatic protection function, when the working pressure is lower than the normal control pressure of the valve, it will automatically shut down for protection, and automatically restart after the pressure rises to avoid abnormal operating system pressure caused by operating errors;

3. Automatic charging function, automatic charging before valve switching, so that the cylinder pressure is equalized and then switched to ensure the stability of the cylinder pressure, avoid the impact of pipeline pressure fluctuations on the adsorption, and ensure the service life of the adsorbent;
