 Working Principle

 

The micro-heat regeneration combined dryer is a reasonable combination of the refrigeration dryer and the micro-heat adsorption dryer. The compressed air processed by the refrigeration dryer does not pass through the pre-cooler to return to temperature, but directly from the refrigeration dryer. Drain from the water separator enters the adsorption dryer for deep adsorption. The compressed air after freeze-drying enters the adsorption tower. Using the principle of pressure swing adsorption, the compressed air is deeply adsorbed and dried until the dew point temperature meets the requirements. The dry compressed air from the adsorption tower is returned to the pre-cooler, so that the temperature of the cooling air can be warmed up. The heated dry compressed air can also prevent condensation in the conveying pipeline. The regeneration air of the suction dryer is the dry hot air drawn from the air outlet of the dryer and heated by the heater, so it can use very little regeneration air consumption to regenerate the adsorbent in a short time. The micro-heat combined dryer is equipped with an oil filter as standard, and a dust filter can be selected according to user needs.  

 

Features

1. Low energy consumption: The regeneration air consumption of the micro-heat regeneration combined dryer only needs 3%~5%, which greatly saves the consumption of compressed air;

2. Compressed air with different dew points can be provided for different air points;

3. All the operation switches and display instruments of the combined dryer are concentrated on the panel of the box board. The refrigerated dryer and the adsorption regenerative dryer can operate independently or at the same time as cooling and suction according to user needs;

4. The gas-liquid separator combines two separation technologies of cyclone separation and filter separation, which can fully separate the cooled liquid water and give full play to the effect of freeze drying;

5. The adsorption dryer part adopts high-quality pilot solenoid valve and pneumatic butterfly valve, with reliable performance, stable switching and accurate action;

6. The heat exchanger and condenser of the refrigerated dryer part adopt high-quality and high-efficiency threaded tubes;

7. The adsorption dryer part adopts scientific and reasonable double-tower adsorption regeneration structure design, original compressed air diffuser, distribution plate, air distribution pipe design, to ensure full contact between the adsorbent and compressed air, avoid tunnel effect, and effectively reduce high-speed airflow Impact on the adsorbent, reduce the wear of the adsorbent, extend the life of the adsorbent, and ensure the stability of the air dew point;

8. One-piece assembly arrangement, reasonable structure, no foundation installation, and convenient maintenance.
